Calling for medical info back in 2020.

Note... all my address/contact info on these calls is obsolete by now.
First call to check when I had a 99 temp back in March 2020 wanted to know if I could still donate blood provided I could find a site I could get to that didn't cancel the drive. Also was posted here...

as I felt the neurotypical world was getting kind of anxious and not thinking about anything but covid-19
Second call to nurse hotline now I have chest pains... they are just from stress it turns out but I have asthma too, so the nurse calls 911 to come get me. There are gaps in this recording because I had to recover the audacity file from a fast shut off of my computer as I got ready for the paramedic people I really hadn't been expecting to be called for me.
more explanations/narration to come... but I've limited hours on the public library computer and now I've found these files finally on my flash drives I just want to put them up and get some of my documents out there... I can work on this website later and make better but I have a lot of things to post for people so I want to just get them out there.

It took awhile to find an open site that wouldn't be canceled when I could donate blood but finally went to the police academy site in Meriden as I figured the police were already out in the post pandemic world so would be less likely to cancel.
There they told me that I had to participate in some sort of proprietary testing they were doing for a company concerned with ticks... I couldn't donate otherwise that day because they had this deal with a company to study blood already.
I knew the pandemic made a blood shortage so I didn't want to cancel in case it got worse due to me and my slot. So, I was lucky I hadn't been having problems by tick bites in life... I wasn't worried about helping industry create proprietary tests or treatments that people couldn't afford... but I couldn't find a volunteer to answer later if you could go and just donate blood without creating data for companies that want to create new proprietary medical things people can't always afford once they get invented. So now before I can donate again I'll have to write the Red Cross headquarters to find out if there's a way to opt out if you really don't like medicine to be proprietary and don't want to help get those paywalls up for other people by letting industrial scientists invent stuff with your body fluids data as a study participant... I mean what if next time it isn't ticks but something where my data would matter? If I made proprietary medicine ahead of opensource medicine... I mean if people help them do that... you might take more lives than you save in this greedy Big Pharma playground.
I soon had bigger problems resisting proprietary walls so this letter-writing the Red Cross about their blood drive options would have to wait.

This site is now under archival-reconstruction... Due to HB 1365 passage in Florida I have had to travel and warn other homeless people of health-based detainment camps the government wants constructed for the homeless and the push to civilly commit Floridians for poverty. In protest I had decided to suspend operations to organize the mutual aid vial share in this state. I support patient choice and recognize we all make different choices... but the government should not force us... and is hypocritical of the Florida government to simply substitute one forced jab with another. I hope to be posting more info as I go... but my priority is warning others at risk of medical detainment about HB 1365's scheduled enactment into force of law. -April
